Co-founded in 2008 by multi award-winning architectural entrepreneur Adrian Bold and Melbourne property veteran Manny Loupas, Riser+Gain served as a property development consultancy before a significant restructure in 2012 led us to pursue property development in joint or wholly owned ventures. In 2015, R+G welcomed veteran Tasmanian construction manager Bob Bradshaw and golf tourism proponent Christian Rainey to pursue several validated opportunities together.
