The firm of ROBERT YAM & CO PAC, with a history of more than 43 years, has been established in Singapore since the 1st of July 1977 as a firm of Chartered Accountants and Certified Public Accountants. Apart from the core business of auditing & assurance, accounting and tax services, the firm has evolved to encompass its business operation with every aspects of professional work such as general business consultancy and advisory, mergers & acquisitions, business valuations, regulatory compliances, risks assessments, tax planning, company liquidation and investigation and information technology. We believe that our services are more personalised than other firms in that we deliver real benefit only if they are properly structured to meet the clients’ needs. As our clients’ individual needs do vary greatly, we are reluctant to provide “off-the-shelf” solutions to resolve clients’ individual requirements. It makes no difference whether we are carrying a straight forward audit or advising on a complicated group re-structuring as we are able to understand our clients’ businesses and appreciate their needs.
