The Rural Doctors Association of Queensland (RDAQ) was formed in 1989 to support rural doctors, their families, and the communities they serve.

Rural Doctors Network (RDN) exists to improve the health and wellbeing of people living in remote, rural, regional, Aboriginal and disadvantaged communities. We are a not-for-profit, non-government charitable organisation that works to create and sustain access to quality multidisciplinary healthcare for all Australians – no matter where they live. We work collaboratively with health professionals, communities, service agencies, industry and both Federal and State governments. We are privileged to act as the Australian Government's designated Rural Workforce Agency for health in NSW; and the NSW fundholder for Rural Health Outreach and associated service programs.

Our Mission RFD Community Development Corporation is a Western North Carolina Conference of the United Methodist Church affiliated faith-based organization that seeks to be a catalyst for the well-being of rural and/or small communities, congregations, and institutional ministries. RFD CDC serves as a Catalyst by providing leadership in innovation and entrepreneurial strategies though strategic planning and asset-based strategic development for congregations, communities, counties, and an array of not for profits. RFD CDC is in a season of confluent growth. Each of the four divisions are both distinct and alike with the same core objective of seeking to be a catalyst for the well-being of those we serve. At this juncture some clients utilize multiple division and the divisions utilize multiple persons of the eight staff members who are pastors, social worker, agriculture development specialist, contractors, IT consultant, and accountant. Catalyst: The task of the consulting and development division is to be strategic and catalytic. The systematic process is to assist with envisioning a desired future, translating this vision into broadly defined goals or objectives with a sequence of steps to achieve them. The catalyst role is then to bring about the desired future. GraceWorks: The task is to build capacity with individuals, families and communities through relationship-based initiatives like Circle Plus and ACTS -- imagining a world where all people have adequate and sustainable resources to live fully as the blessed community. greENdeavors: The task is Environmental Nurture in agriculture and energy that produces food and power to sustain the earth and its inhabitants.

The Rural Fire Service Queensland is a part of Queensland Fire & Emergency Service> Primarily volunteer firefighters supported by employed staff, RFS provides an all emergency response throughout the state. The RFS works alongside the State Emergency Service and Fire and Rescue Service focusing on 4 key areas namely planning, preparedness, response and recovery.
