Russian Fishery Company is an actively developing company, established in 2011 by several private Russian investors with the aim to consolidate Russian fish harvesting assets in various regions of the country. Nowadays the Company includes large Far East fish harvesting companies - OJSC TURNIF, CJSC Intraros, LLC Vostokrybprom, LLC Sovgavanryba operating in ecologically clean sea areas of Far East basin. 12 large capacity vessels of various types are capable to work in all fishing areas and under various climate conditions. They are equipped with modern fishing and technological equipment. The vessels are harvesting many sea species. Key species are Pollоck and Pacific Herring. Russian Fishery Company is the biggest Russian industrial fish harvesting сompany for several sea species: catch fish harvesting volume planned for 2017 is more than 303,7 thousand tons, including 226,3 thousand tons for Pollock and 65,5 thousand tons for Pacific Herring. Total Russian Fishery revenue in 2013 equals to 168 mln USD, EBITDA 51 mln USD. The Companys revenue for 2014 amounted to 218,8 million USD, EBITDA 95,6 million USD. For 2015 these figures were, respectively, 223 million USD and 104 mln. USD.
