The Ryerson University Co-op Student Association (RUCSA) is a student group that is focused on enabling co-op students at Ryerson University to stay competitive within the industry as well as facilitating a co-op social community. RUCSA's goal is to promote professional development of Ryerson's co-op students through events, workshops and networking opportunities, and to promote engagement between co-op students, TRSM, co-op alumni and the industry.

After the Ryerson International Hyperloop Teams success in winning the subsystem innovation award at the 2016 SpaceX Hyperloop Design Weekend, the team is back this year with the intent of developing a fully functioning Hyperloop Pod. The pod we are developing will be driven by a linear induction based MagDrive system and suspended in the air via Halbach Magnetic Levitation. Our goal is to push this technology to create a pod capable of travelling close to 500 mph. We will be entering the pod in the SpaceX Hyperloop Pod Competition in Hawthorne, California.

Rygaards School is a private, Christian/Catholic, co-educational establishment. It is recognised by and subject to, Danish law and receives a subsidy from the Danish State. The school buildings, which include the eighteenth-century manor house, from which the school derives its name, are sited on the original wooded parkland which is now a protected green-belt area. The school is in Hellerup, an attractive suburb, 15 minutes north of the centre of Copenhagen, and is easily accessible by bus and train. The Sisters of the Assumption started the school in 1909 and the connection with this Order is still strong. The present school continues to follow the goals of those early beginnings, namely to offer an excellent quality of education in a Christian spirit. The school has two departments, Danish and International. The Danish Department has approx. 440 students from 6-16 years of age and serves a community that is permanently resident in Denmark. It prepares the students, in Danish, for further education in Danish institutions. The International Department has approx. 370 students from 4-16 years of age and caters - irrespective of creed and nationality - for those who are only in Denmark on a temporary basis.
