We are a Trust of four Academies, an alternative provision independent school and a University Technical College based in West and North Yorkshire. With a strong focus on Resilience, Growth Mindset and Positive Discipline, the Rodillian ethos has helped to transform schools – from their culture to their Ofsted ratings – as well as the lives of students and teachers. We are committed to doing things differently – creating schools that students want to attend, and where teachers want to work. We raise aspiration levels for staff, students and schools by encouraging creativity in the classroom, and by giving our staff freedom to experiment with their teaching. We strive to develop a growth mindset in each of our young people and our staff – a belief that intelligence is not fixed or inherited but can be improved if we learn from our mistakes and continually work hard. All of this is guided by our Positive Discipline policy – a traditional approach to behaviour management, innovative curriculum design and excellence in teaching that delivers the best possible outcomes. Resilience Project Services aims to assist government, commercial and not-for-profit entities develop resilience in their environmental and sustainability initiatives. It does so by providing professional program/project and strategic management services, allowing subject matter experts to focus their energy where it is most valuable.

The Resilience Challenge is one of the most ambitious initiatives undertaken by New Zealand to develop and apply new scientific solutions to transform our response, recovery and “bounce-back” from our wide diversity of natural hazards. The Resilience Challenge will build new knowledge and tools that underpin a broad-spectrum resilience in our unique rural, urban, coastal and Mâori communities to natural hazards, including earthquakes, volcanoes, landslides, tsunami, weather, coastal and rural fire hazards. There is also special emphasis on extreme-risk sites – where multiple hazards combine to threaten community sustainability. Our overarching mission is to partner with multiple stakeholders to generate new co-created research solutions to inform how New Zealand will build a transformative pathway toward natural hazard resilience.

Resilience Treatment Center is a premier private mental health and dual-diagnosis treatment center located in Los Angeles, California. We offer high-end treatment with both residential-inpatient and intensive outpatient treatment components for men & women ages 18 and up. Resilience Treatment Center is a primary mental health facility that offers its clients highly individualized and evidence-based psychiatric and psychological services in West Los Angeles, California. Our experienced and multidisciplinary clinicians provide comprehensive and integrated mental health treatment on all levels of care in an outpatient setting with the availability of luxurious and private residential accommodations. Additionally, Resilience Treatment Center offers its clients five weekly sessions of individual therapy as well as dual-diagnosis programs for those struggling with drug or alcohol addiction as a secondary issue. Resiliency Center of Newtown is a non-profit organization that offers a safe, gathering place for anyone in the community who was impacted that day. We offer free and confidential services ranging from therapy (play, art, music, and traditional) to educational workshops, wellness events and community outreach. The goal is to give individuals an outlet that is not intimidating and trauma-informed so that people feel safe to tell their story and begin and continue to heal.
