Rhône Property gracias a su implantación local, conoce en profundidad las singularidades y particularidades de esta ciudad, como pueden ser: las particularidades urbanísticas de Marbella (con un PGOU de 2010 anulado en 2015, en la actualidad con un PGOU de 1986 de carácter transitorio hasta la redacción de un nuevo PGOU); las particularidades administrativas que no ofrecen en la actualidad la deseada agilidad y celeridad, requieren de un alto conocimiento de la estructura de la administración local, un constante seguimiento y una armónica coordinación con las distintas delegaciones para optimizar los timing; y las particularidades geográficas del municipio, con una atomización de sus urbanizaciones difuminadas a lo largo de 27 km, muchas de ellas con un carácter muy diferenciado que les confiere una identidad propia y que aun estando geográficamente próximas o incluso unidas, requieren unas estrategias, una inversión o incluso una comercialización muy distintas.
