Software development at Semantum is based on Simantics platform, the Open Operating System for Modelling and Simulation. Simantics is an open source software platform developed to accelerate the adoption of modelling, simulation, and other computational methods in industry and research. Services at Semantum focus on managing information content across the industrial plant lifecycle. La SEMAPA (Société d'étude, de maîtrise d'ouvrage et d'aménagement parisienne), réalise pour le compte de la Ville de Paris plusieurs opérations d'urbanisme dans la capitale. Son rôle est de concevoir et de planifier les projets urbains. Elle fait réaliser une partie des ouvrages, notamment les espaces et les équipements publics et coordonne l'ensemble des réalisations. La SEMAPA est présidée par Jérôme Coumet, Maire du 13ème arrondissement de Paris et elle est dirigée par Sandrine Morey. Actuellement la SEMAPA conduit dans le 13ème arrondissement de Paris les opérations Paris Rive Gauche (130 hectares en bord de Seine), Bédier-Oudiné et Paul Bourget, dans le 12ème arrondissement, l'opération Bercy-Charenton, dans un périmètre qui recouvre une partie des 12ème et 20ème arrondissements, le réaménagement de la Porte de Vincennes et dans le 20ème arrondissement, les opérations Porte de Montreuil et Python-Duvernois.
