Semsys provides comprehensive engineering and software solutions for integrated building management systems. Semsys was incorporated in 2012 by Abhijit Rao and Deepti Phadnis in Pune. Our product offering is geared towards building system integrators and panel shops that serve real estate developers, property owners and facility managers. We also advise architecture and engineering firms that design green buildings. We are experts in the design and commissioning of control solutions and state-of-the-art graphical user interfaces for building systems such as HVAC, lighting controls, fire-life-safety, security, access control, medical gas, compressed air, pumps/blowers/motors etc. Our portfolio includes office buildings, factories, hospitals, laboratories, hotels, malls, multiplexes and colleges in India and abroad. We are brand neutral and our team is conversant with products from all leading building automation product manufacturers. Semsys also develops customized software solutions on the Niagara platform. Our primary software offering is a tenant billing application. We have also developed software for building performance analytics, charting and dashboards, reporting for pharma industry regulatory compliance and ticket management.
