Sevenoaks Leisure Limited (SLL), operating as Sencio Community Leisure, is an Industrial Provident Society (IPS) registered with the Inland Revenue for exempt charitable status. The Society was formed in January 2004 when Sevenoaks District Council agreed for the transfer of its leisure services to a Non Profit Distributing Organisation (NPDO). SLL is an independent organisation owned and controlled by the members of the Society and operates for the benefit of the community on a 'not for profit basis'​ with any surpluses being reinvested within the service. A Society Board of 12 members provides the strategic direction and management of the organisation and is drawn both from the local community as well as the wider community of the west Kent area.
