Zo heeft Serac in 2003 de introductie van SAP Business One in Nederland verzorgd en in opdracht van SAP de specifieke Nederlandse aanpassingen ingebracht. Voor SAP Business One ontwikkelt en levert Serac ook een aantal aanvullende producten (add-ons) voor de groothandel, detailhandel en het segment zakelijke dienstverlening. Deze producten zijn gecertificeerd door SAP. Voor alle benodigde diensten rond een succesvolle introductie van SAP Business One en vervolgens het jarenlange ongestoorde gebruik zijn de specialisten van Serac uw onderneming graag van dienst. Zo u wenst, kan Serac zelfs de volledige "exploitatie"​ van de systemen, onze Pivate Cloud diensten, voor haar rekening nemen. Als business partner van IBM, levert Serac voor de technische infrastructuur IBM producten.

Seram Coatings´ product ThermaSiC enables SiC (Silicon Carbide) to be applied as a coating by thermal spraying for the first time.
