Servica Oy toimii omistajiensa, Kuopion kaupungin ja Pohjois-Savon sairaanhoitopiirin, sidosyksikkönä eli ns. in house –yhtiönä, joka harjoittaa pääosan toiminnastaan omistajiensa kanssa. Meitä servicalaisia on noin 1200, toimipisteitämme on yli 100 ja kiinteistö- ja laitoshuoltokohteita yli 300. Lähes puolet meistä työskentelee Kuopion kaupungin Harjulan ja KYSin Puijon sairaalan alueella. Päätoimipaikkamme sijaitsee Särkiniemessä osoitteessa Leväsentie 3, 70700 Kuopio. Palvelutuotantomme alkoi 1.1.2012 Itä-Suomen huoltopalvelut liikelaitoskuntayhtymässä, jonka toiminta siirtyi 1.1.2019 Servica Oy:lle. We are part of the client’s daily life. Servica Oy is an in-house company that provides catering, cleaning, equipment maintenance, facility management and logistics services for its owners, the City of Kuopio and the Hospital District of Northern Savo, with whom it conducts most of its operations. We at Servica number about 1,200, we provide services at over 100 locations and maintain more than 300 buildings and facilities. Almost half of us work in the area of the Kuopio City Harjula Hospital and the KUH Puijo Hospital. Our headquarters is located in Särkiniemi at: Leväsentie 3, 70700 Kuopio. We began service provision on 1 January 2012 in the Joint Municipal Authority for Maintenance Services in Eastern Finland, whose operations were transferred to Servica Oy on 1 January 2019.
