Shoreline Arts Alliance is the Arts Council for 24 communities* along the shoreline. For nearly 40 years, Shoreline Arts Alliance has enriched Connecticut’s cultural landscape through programs, arts advocacy and mission to Transform Lives through the Arts. Through our programs we have supported Arts Education in our schools, supported and mentored young artists to successful and fulfilling lives and careers, offered statewide juried competitions for all types of art and have sponsored and produced performances. Now, in the Covid pandemic era we have successfully evolved to meet the needs of our members, participants and beneficiaries in these challenging times. We have established and co-chair with Yale School of Public Health, a series of weekly on-line webinars entitled “Reopening CT Arts Venues: Science based safety” which is have attracted a national audience of nearly 10,000 people. We have also successfully converted our programs to the virtual world and increased participation while maintaining our student scholarship and mentoring programs which are all the more important in these times. *The 24 communities are: Branford, Chester, Clinton, Cromwell, Deep River, Durham, East Haddam, East Hampton, East Haven, East Lyme, Essex, Guilford, Haddam, Killingworth, Lyme, Madison, Middlefield, Middletown, North Branford, Old Lyme, Old Saybrook, Portland, Salem, Westbrook

Shoreline Christian School has been helping students develop their unique, God-given gifts and abilities in Shoreline and north Seattle for over 60 years. Founded in 1952, SCS partners with parents and churches to provide an academically rigorous program grounded in Christian faith for children from preschool through grade 12. Manitowoc County’s Hometown Credit Union has served members for over 75 years - since 1941. Shoreline Credit Union was originally formed by a small group of employees from the Hamilton Manufacturing Company of Two Rivers. The Hamilton Employees Credit Union was run by part-time volunteers from a corner of the company’s personnel department. Later on, space was rented in a downtown building as the credit union grew. Shoreline currently has two locations in Manitowoc and Two Rivers, Wisconsin. Today, Shoreline Credit Union is a home town financial institution headquartered in Manitowoc County and is a member-owned, non-profit financial cooperative serving approximately 10,000 members in nine counties — Brown, Outagamie, Winnebago, Door, Calumet, Fond du Lac, Kewaunee, Manitowoc and Sheboygan, in Wisconsin. We are members of the National Credit Union Administration (NCUA), an independent federal agency that charters and supervises federal credit unions. All member deposits are insured by the NCUA. Shoreline is considered well capitalized according to NCUA standards. Our mission is to help our member’s achieve financial success.
