ปี 2538 บริษัทได้เปิดดําเนินการโครงการมาร์เก็ตเพลส บางบอน ซึ่งเป็นศูนย์การค้าชุมชน (Neighborhood Shopping Center) แห่งแรกของบริษัท โดยมีจัสโก้ซูเปอร์มาร์เก็ต (ปัจจุบันเปลี่ยนชื่อเป็น แม็กซ์แวลู) เป็นผู้เช่าหลัก (Anchortenant) ปัจจุบัน บริษัทฯ มีโครงการที่เปิดดำเนินการอยู่ 22 โครงการ พื้นที่ให้เช่า ณ วันที่ 31 ธันวาคม 2560 เป็นจำนวน 423,558 ตารางเมตร มีอัตราการเช่าพื้นที่คิดเป็นร้อยละ 88 ของพื้นที่ และมีโครงการระหว่างก่อสร้าง 2 โครงการ คือ ศูนย์การค้ามาร์เก็ตเพลส นางลิ้นจี่ เฟส 2 และศูนย์การค้ามาร์เก็ตเพลส ดุสิต พื้นที่ให้เช่ารวม 2 แห่งกว่า 11,000 ตารางเมตร
