WIR SCHMIEDEN IHRE IDEEN - So lautet das Motto der SIEPMANN-WERKE. Über 4 Generationen hat sich das Unternehmen durch die professionelle Mischung aus innovativer Technik, traditionellem Handwerk und langjährigem Know-how, kombiniert mit weltweit einzigartigen halb-/vollautomatischen Schmiedelinien, die Marktführerschaft für Gesenkschmiedeteile im Bereich des allgemeinen Maschinenbaus erarbeitet. Auf vier Schmiedelinien, mit Gegenschlaghämmern von 200 kJ bis 350 kJ, schmieden wir komplexe Schmiedeteile von ca. 35 - 1500 kg/Stück. Eine Spindelpresse mit 25 MN steht für Warmfließpressteile bis 125 kg Stückgewicht rundet die Möglichkeiten ab. Dabei hat es sich als sehr wichtig erwiesen, bereits in der Entwicklungsphase neuer Teile oder Baugruppen mit unseren Kunden im Gespräch zu sein und diese aktiv bei der Teileauslegung zu unterstützen. Werkstoffberatung, FEM-Berechnungen, CAD-Konstruktion, FMEA und 3D-Prozesssimulationen helfen bei der Optimierung der Produkte. Unser eigener SIEPMANN-Werkzeugbau gewährleistet hohe Flexibilität und größte Zuverlässigkeit. Von der gemeinsamen Entwicklung, bis zum endbearbeiteten Schmiedeteil - alles aus einer Hand. Die beste Basis für konstante Qualität, kurze Reaktionszeiten und perfekte Sicherheit. Die eigene Wärmebehandlung sorgt für optimale Werkstoffeigenschaften - analog den Anforderungen an die einzelnen Bauteile. Modernste Schweiß- und Bearbeitungstechnologie, wie z.B. Elektronenstrahl-Schweißen, geben uns die Möglichkeit Bauteile in geschmiedeter Ausführung zu produzieren, die bisher praktisch als unschmiedbar galten. Auch die finale mechanische Bearbeitung der Schmiedeteile ist bei SIEPMANN in besten Händen. Koordiniert in unserer Gruppe, bieten wir unseren Kunden Bearbeitungsschritte wie Schleifen, Polieren, Oberflächenbehandlung oder Farbgebung an.
