Siis S.r.l. è una Società di Ingegneria specializzata nel management del processo edilizio, nel coordinamento delle progettazioni specialistiche per la redazione di progetti integrati, nella gestione delle aggiudicazioni e contrattualizzazione degli appalti d'opera, nella gestione delle fasi esecutive delle opere, nelle attività di coordinamento della sicurezza secondo il d.Lgs 81/08. L'attività di Management del processo edilizio attivato da Siis S.r.l. è finalizzata al raggiungimento di 3 obiettivi fondamentali: - QUALITA'​ del prodotto finale definito sulla base di specifiche iniziali in accordo con gli obiettivi della Committente; - TEMPO di realizzazione predefinito nel rispetto degli obiettivi qualitativi fissati; - COSTO finale che dovrà corrispondere ai budget predefiniti con la Committenza. Per Siis l'ottenimento di questi obiettivi è possibile solo grazie alla creazione di un gruppo di lavoro di alta professionalità guidato da procedure standardizzate e con forte capacità di regolazione del rapporto Committente-Appaltatore. Siis S.r.l. è inoltre certificata secondo la norma UNI EN ISO 9011:2008 ed è strutturata secondo i servizi offerti: - Progettazione architettonica e restauro architettonico; - Project Management; - Contract Management; - Construction Management; - Advisory; - Sicurezza ai sensi Dlg. n. 81/2008.

Substantial investments in best available technology (BAT) have already been made, and numerous future investments are planned. All these investments are part of our strategy to reduce CO2 intensity by 51% by 2030 compared to the 2020 baseline and achieve carbon neutrality by 2050.
