SmartyPilates was developed to help kids in our technology centred world get up and move more at the same time as having fun and reaping the benefits of targeted exercise. The SmartyPilates programme combines learning about for example, phonics or languages with movement. The Smartypilates programme has been designed so that it is great fun to do, easy for the teacher to deliver and helps EVERY child with coordination, concentration and mood management. We offer CPD Workshops for teachers and club coaches, we offer training for SmartyPilates instructors to enable them to teach classes in their area and we also offer Ambassadorships to like minded people who want to have their own business. We are UKActive for Kids approved All of the resources have been designed to complement the UK National Curriculum and the PSHE curriculum.
