Sinds de opening van onze eerste salon in 2005 is Salon B uitgegroeid tot een bedrijf van meer dan honderd mensen, maar toch voelt het als één grote familie. Iedereen kent je naam: van de haarstylisten tot het office team én de directeuren. Salon B is een bedrijf zonder hiërarchie. Wij geloven niet in hokjesdenken, maar wel in werkgeluk, coaching en naar elkaar luisteren. Zelfs in onze salons is er geen salonmanager met weer een manager daarboven. Hierin zijn we uniek binnen de kappersbranche. Er heerst een informele sfeer, waarbinnen samenwerken, vertrouwen, groei en verbinding de sleutelwoorden zijn. De mening van elk teamlid is voor ons even belangrijk, want iedereen levert een belangrijke bijdrage die het geheel versterkt. Onze salonteams zijn zelfsturend en bestaan uit een coöperatie gevormd door zelfstandig ondernemers en haarstylisten in loondienst.
