The SOLSTICE GROUPE business is at the heart of the energy transition. The solar photovoltaic is the historical activity of SOLSTICE GROUPE with a fleet of 120 photovoltaic power stations. Reducing energy consumption is a major field of development for SOLSTICE GROUPE, both in France and internationally, whether by setting up and monitoring energy performance contracts, or the follow up and optimization of existing equipment (Lighting, optimization, positive energy buildings, self-consumption…). SOLSTICE GROUPE invests for its own account, but also intends to invest with third parties or its customers, or to identify funding sources to develop the energy optimization services it offers. We collaborate with various partners (technical, financial, operators) and define the relevance of a project by analyzing its economic profitability. This perfect knwoledge of the whole «operating chain» secures our investments. Our ethics is based on the principle of mutual respect and the establishment of a perennial trust relationship with our customers and partners.

Solstice Health & Wellness is an outpatient substance use disorder treatment program located in Sarasota, FL serving adult individuals with opioid addiction, alcoholism, and other addictive disorders. Solstice is committed to delivering care that is patient-centered, comprehensive, evidence-based, accessible, and focused on quality and safety. The program offers a suite of integrated evidence based therapeutic interventions and support services including outpatient withdrawal management, mental health management, primary care, individual counseling, recovery coaching, and support group meetings. Our goal is to enhance the physical, mental, and social well-being of patients and their families by integrating essential healthcare services, tailored to individual needs, delivered via face-to-face or telehealth for convenience and continuity of care.

A Solstício Energia nasce para tornar a energia solar acessível para todos, realizando projetos e instalações de sistemas fotovoltaicos e desenvolvendo soluções e inovações para a instalação e monitoramento destes sistemas. Atualmente, estamos instalados na Incubadora de Empresas de Base Tecnológica da Unicamp e buscando parceiros e investidores para acelerar a pesquisa e desenvolvimento de projetos e possibilitar a exploração do mercado de energia fotovoltaica que está em expansão mundial.

Formell verksamhetsövergång skedde i januari 2016, då personal från samverkande ägarkommuner gick över till SOLTAK och driftsättning startade i företagets lokaler på Trollhättevägen i Kungälv.
