Welcome to Somerset Care. We are one of the major care providers in the south of England and one of the largest not-for-profit care companies in the UK. We provide over 15,000 hours of home care every week to people living in their own homes, and We provide residential, nursing and specialist dementia care for older people in 26 care homes in Somerset and on the Isle of Wight, and also manage a respite centre for adults with physical disabilities in Taunton.
