Somerset Pacific, founded in July 2003, is a professional asset management firm specializing in the management of multi-family and senior housing with an emphasis on properties financed through the Low-Income Housing Tax Credit Program (LIHTC). Somerset Pacifics corporate office is located in Garden City, Idaho. Somersets current portfolio consists of over 2,000 units. These properties are located throughout Idaho, Montana, Utah, Nevada, Arizona, Wyoming, Alaska, South Dakota, North Dakota, and Nebraska. Somerset Pacifics staff has extensive education and experience in fair housing laws, ADA, the required compliance issues that govern the LIHTC, RD, HOME, and the HUD Programs. The staff is very knowledgeable and experienced with the reporting requirements for owners, syndicators, lenders and the state and federal agencies.

NHS Somerset, formally known as Somerset Primary Care Trust, was established on 1 October 2006. NHS Somerset is the organisation responsible for assessing the health needs of the people of Somerset and planning and funding local health services to meet those needs. On 1 April 2009 NHS Somerset's Provider Services was established as an arms length provider organisation, renamed as Somerset Community Health. Somerset Community Health is responsible for the provision of local community health services including the management of the county's 13 community hospitals and the work of community nurses, health visitors and therapists as well as specialist community services.
