Founded in 1998 by ETPM (which later became Acergy and now since 2011 Subsea7), Sonangol and Wapo, Sonamet Yard is located in Angola's Lobito bay. Sonamet mission is to deliver state-of-the-heart Fabrication and Survey to Oil & Gas companies for Shallow and Deepwater projects such as Girassol, Kizomba, Greater Plutonio, Pazflor, CLOV, Mafumeira, South Nemba and more recently Kaombo. Through the years, Sonamet has also built a solid experience in EPC Shallow water projects in Mafumeira Norte and Congo River Crossing (CRX). Taking the "Made in Angola"​ approach to its work, Sonamet goal is to actively participate in the transfer of technology for the Angolan industry by supporting the emergence of the industry in Angola and mainly in Lobito, Benguela region. Sonans also operates one state-financed high school, with traditional 3-year programs for 16-19 year olds. Sonans has over 6,000 students and around 450 employees at 7 locations across Norway. Nordic Academy, a fully-owned subsidiary, provides courses for the unemployed, mainly as a supplier to the Norwegian employment agency. The goal is to prepare the unemployed individual for a job or further studies. About 4,000 people attend Nordic Academy courses each year with an average of 15-30 people in each class.

At my Institute for Singing and Speaking Voice in Zurich I teach speakers and singers a healthy vocal technique and help them to be more successful in their careers. The voice plays a decisive role in your presentation in life and is crucial for your success. Both the content of your statement and the way you say something must be right for you to produce. I also work with people who have acute voice problems. As a voice trainer and expert in voice training, I have gained an international reputation and look after people from all over the world. I have over 20 years of stage experience as an opera singer. My career has taken me to various opera houses and concert stages such as New York, Munich, Bregenz, Vienna, Copenhagen, Nuremberg, Trier, Münster, Zurich... Already in my mid-20s I worked as a freelancer for Austrian radio, produced literary programmes and films and was a guest at Maria Summer's renowned speech therapy centre. I have gained a lot of experience in teaching people with speech impediments (e.g. stutterers) how to speak freely. I had the privilege of completing my speech voice training with the state actress Dagmar von Thomas in Berlin. For more than 30 years I have studied the most common breathing and voice techniques and have been teaching speech training since the beginning of my stage career. From my knowledge and experience I have created my own method for holistic voice training.
