Kinder und Jugendliche sind die Erwachsenen von Morgen. Um sie in die Zukunft zu begleiten und darauf vorzubereiten, müssen die Mitarbeiter*innen von SOS-Kinderdorf im Hier und Jetzt gemeinsam anpacken! Unsere 1.500 Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter setzen sich täglich für junge Menschen und deren Familien ein und geben ihnen Platz, Zeit und Raum für ihre Entwicklung. Sie sind dabei in über 60 verschiedenen Berufsbildern tätig, von Sozialpädagogik, Sozialer Arbeit oder Psychologie, bis hin zu Marketing, IT oder dem Finanzbereich.

SOS-Kinderdorf gibt in über 135 Ländern in Not geratenen Kindern ein bleibendes Zuhause, Zugang zu Bildung und Gesundheitsversorgung. Wir schützen gefährdete Kinder vor dem Verlust ihrer Familie, geben Kindern weltweit eine Stimme und tragen zur nachhaltigen Entwicklung von Gemeinden bei. Die Stiftung SOS-Kinderdorf Schweiz mit Sitz in Bern ist ein privates, politisch und konfessionell ungebundenes Kinderhilfswerk und finanziert SOS-Programme in Entwicklungsländern.

SOS-Lapsikylän tavoitteena on lisätä lasten ja perheiden hyvinvointia Suomessa ja maailmalla. Olemme lastensuojelun ja lapsiperheiden varhaisen tuen asiantuntija ja palveluntuottaja. Toimimme myös kehittämiskumppanina kunnille ja maakunnille lapsiperheiden hyvinvoinnin edistämiseksi. SOS-Lapsikylä on toiminut Suomessa vuodesta 1962 ja se on kansainvälisen SOS Children’s Villages -järjestön jäsen. Järjestöllä on toimintaa yli 130 maassa.
