The South West Catchments Council (SWCC) is the regional Natural Resource Management (NRM) organisation for the South West of Western Australia. We work closely with the community to care for the environment, our agricultural land and our local communities. We do this in many ways: working to improve biodiversity, protecting coastal environments, working with farmers to improve agricultural practices, and engaging with our extensive community network to increase knowledge and skills in environmental management. What We Do Your Community Care Access Centre (CCAC) connects you with the care you need, at home and in your community: * We can help you stay in your own home longer by providing Care in Your Home and by coordinating Care in Your Community, including specialized support services * We can provide you with information about Long-Term Care Options if it becomes too difficult for you to live independently at home In total, there are 14 CCACs in communities across Ontario that are funded by Local Health Integration Networks through the Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care. This means that, through your tax dollars, CCAC advice and services are covered by OHIP. Each CCAC is staffed by caring and knowledgeable professionals who will assess your needs, determine your requirements for care, answer your questions and develop a customized care plan that meets your individual needs. Then, if services are provided to you by your CCAC, we’ll arrange for quality health-care professionals – nurses, physiotherapists, social workers, registered dietitians, occupational therapists, speech therapist and personal support workers – to provide a range of care and supportive services to help support you at home and help you enjoy the best possible quality of life.

South West College is at the heart of the communities of Tyrone and Fermanagh. These two counties and their people have a long and proud history of both national and international interaction. South West Environmental Parks Ltd. operates 3 zoos in Devon & Cornwall - Paignton Zoo Environmental Park, Newquay Zoo and Living Coasts, Torquay's coastal zoo. Together they attract 800,000 visitors, annually. All are registered education, scientific and conservation charities dedicated to protecting our global wildlife heritage.

South West Fuel has been trading since the 5th of June 1985. The company is run by Managing Director Steven Burch, General Manager Rod Faulks and Assistant General Manager Luke Burch all locals to the area. We pride ourselves on offering the best delivery service and best products in the district, hence our claim of Quality Fuel Quality Service. We currently employ over 60 local people to run the organisation. South West Fuel has five retail sites, Cootamundra, Temora, Young, Murrumburrah & Grenfell. With fuel distribution depots in Temora & Cootamundra. Our deliveries cover from Wagga to Grenfell, West Wyalong to Yass and all places in between. Our drivers work 6.00am to 6.00pm Monday to Saturday providing exceptional service. South West Fuel delivers bulk fuel to farm and commercial customers. We stock the full range of Fuchs & Caltex oils and greases.

The South West Heritage Trust is an independent charity committed to protecting and celebrating Somerset and Devon’s rich heritage. As well as the widely-praised Museum of Somerset and the current redevelopment of the Rural Life Museum, in Glastonbury, the Trust manages state-of-the-art facilities in Taunton and Exeter to care for the extraordinary archive collections of the two counties. The Trust also provides essential advice about the historic environment and manages historic sites.
