Welcome to the Southern Universities Purchasing Consortium (SUPC) We are a membership-based buying organisation for universities and further education colleges that develops and manages framework agreements. Our members have access to over 90 professionally tendered, EU compliant agreements. By using our agreements, members can purchase competitively priced goods and services across a wide range of commodity areas. These agreements can save members both time and money. As well as agreements, members have access to advice and support, expert market knowledge, free supplier credit checking services, spend analysis, special commodity-specific events and low-cost training courses. Members can also make use of SUPC’s Procurement Shared Service. This service provides expert procurement consultancy and support to the Higher and Further Education sectors. The Procurement Shared Service also manages the Procurement Maturity Assessment programme for English Higher Education Institutions.

Southern University and A&M College, a Historically Black, 1890 land-grant institution, sits on the beautiful Scotts'​ Bluff overlooking the Mississippi River in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. Southern was founded in order to provide opportunities for a diverse student population to achieve a high-quality, global educational experience, to engage in scholarly, research, and creative activities, and to give meaningful public service to the community, the state, the nation, and the world so that Southern University graduates are competent, informed, and productive citizens.

Founded in 1967, Southern University at Shreveport (SUSLA) is a two-year comprehensive community college. A HBCU within The Southern University System.

Southern University College (also known as Southern UC) was previously known as Southern College, was established in 1990; it is the first non-profit higher education institute in Malaysia. The establishment of the Southern UC was to provide an educational channel at home for high school graduates when they were unable to further studies in foreign countries. Foon Yew Advanced Studies Programme was setting up in 1975, where later on the Foon Yew Board of Directors made application to the Ministry of Education for setting up Foon Yew College on the foundation of this programme. With the persistence and efforts of the Chinese community, Southern College was finally approved by the Ministry of Education and established in 1990. Through twenty-two years of management and efforts, the Ministry of Higher Education has finally approved Southern College to upgrade to Southern University College. Southern University College is located at Skudai area, Johor Bahru Malaysia, which is within the Iskandar Malaysia Economic Zone. The campus is about 25 acres, donated by the philanthropist Mr. Seow Wan Heong. Following the development of Iskandar Malaysia Economic Zone, Southern UC will be one of the important educational institutes of Malaysia, and slowly develop as an international educational institute. The campus of Southern UC is a scenic spot and rich with the Chinese’s tradition color and multicultural atmosphere, showing the spirit of “1Malaysia”. There are 5 Faculties in Southern UC for the moment, which are Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, Faculty of Business and Management, Faculty of Art and Design, Faculty of Engineering and Information Technology, and Faculty of Chinese Medicine. Southern UC is planning to set up Faculty of Education and Institute of Graduate Studies and Research (IGSR) in the near future, which as the preparation of the UC to become an International University.

The mission and tradition of the Southern University Law Center are to provide access and opportunity to a diverse group of students from underrepresented racial, ethnic, and socio-economic groups to obtain a high-quality legal education with special emphasis on Louisiana civil law. Southern Vale Homes was founded in 1994 by Graham Searle. Since then, the company has seen continued growth and won multiple building awards. John’s passion for building began at 17 years old when he had the opportunity to work with others in building his family home. Once finishing school, John completed a trade and continued his studies into a Graduate Diploma at Ballarat University. In 2014, John and his wife Blaise built their third family home and chose Southern Vale Homes. John made it his mission to become an employee at SVH so he was able to provide his clients the same satisfaction he received when building his home. “We wanted to provide the experience we had to others.” Beginning as the Construction Manager, then quickly becoming the General Manager, the succession into ownership and becoming a registered builder has been a very proud and passionate journey for John. Bringing the new brand, purpose, and mission together to take SVH into its next chapter, John and Blaise credit their team, who all contribute to the company’s future. “For us, it’s about creating connections – between us and the brand. We create these connections with the people who work for us, and with our customers.” The Southern Vale Homes team are passionate about the homes they build.
