Sovereign Trust Insurance Plc commenced business in January 1995 with an authorized share capital of N30 million and a fully paid-up capital of N20 million following the acquisition and recapitalization of the then Grand Union Assurances Limited. Presently, our authorized share capital is N3.5Billion divided into 7 billion units of 50 kobo per share. We have a fully paid-up capital of over N2.5 Billion and Shareholders'​ funds of over N4 Billion. The ownership of the company is made up of diverse shareholders from different walks of life. We operate currently through a network of branches Nationwide with our Head Office on Victoria Island, Lagos. We strengthen psychosocial and collaboration skills, introduce community healing processes after mass traumas, and build Solution Accelerators that strengthen inclusion, trust and common understanding. In 2022 we began work in three counties in eastern Liberia. In 2021 we ran a pilot project in 10 communities in 4 provinces in Afghanistan. It was successful and growing through the civil war. Our funder pulled out after the change of government though we had local and provincial permission to continue. We focus on regional and domestic social and environmental problems like water, agriculture and education. We help groups of organizations negotiate and implement solutions to those challenges. We work with our partners to measure and strengthen inclusion, common understanding, skill in the crafting and management of self-governing agreements, and trust.

SOVI Solutions is specialised in Assistive Technologies and Health Tech Solutions. Its first solution is Talkii, a digital companion for people with communication disorders. Talkii is an AAC software which enables language development, growth of communication skills and helps the users to get self-dependent through the daily activity functions.Talkii reduces frustration and difficult situations in families. Talkii will be used in hospitals, rehabilitation centers, special education centers and suits for Autism, Aphasia, Verbal apraxia, phonological disorders, lateral sclerosis, down syndrome, .
