I am thrilled to launch my own initiative as a professional speaker. With 29 years of business experience, the last 10 in franchising specifically, I have garnered extensive hands-on experience with enhancing franchisor/franchisee relationships and inspiring franchisees to improve performance, profits and attitude. I am really excited to be able to help other organizations achieve their goals through my keynote speeches, workshops and webshops. My primary presentation is entitled, "Plan for Proft: 6 Actions for a More Rewarding (and Profitable!) Tomorrow". I also speak on networking in "The Power of People" and leadership in "Made to Lead," as well as a variety of other topics including: family business, women in business, change and innovation, company turnarounds and personal/professional balance.

We are a group of people who aim to develop an inexpensive and affordable treatment for Alzheimer's diseases. Alzheimer's affects 47 million and is the leading cause of death all over the world. We are working upon devising smarter technologies to reverse or at least slow down cognitive decline in Alzheimers diseases. We have worked upon epigenetic mechanisms involved in Alzheimer's with encouraging results and the currently we are focusing upon detection of Alzheimer's disease at early stages. Speaking Callosum was started by Naman Rai who was the project developer and his collaborator Pranjal Dugar who started organization aiming at innovating cheap and inexpensive solutions for day-to-day life. There have been several projects initiated and the research work had been carried by the project developer in Centre for cellular and molecular biology. The organization is a resulting effort of two youngsters who want to revolutionize Alzheimer's research. We are inspired by the conviction that technology of today is technology of tomorrow.

HOW IT SATRTED - THE FOUNDERS Tanaya & Amis launched Speaking Herbs after a toxic realization : While reading an ingredient label of a body care product they found out some familiar names such as EDTA, Formaldehyde, PEG & Toluene to be included in the product. Being very well aware about these chemicals & their toxic potential they were in a state of shock and eventually started investigating other product labels. They were appalled to find out that almost every product they laid their hands on was filled with such toxic chemicals. Troubled with the findings, they founded SPEAKING HERBS in 2018 with a mission to bring clean, toxin free & super effective alternatives for our everyday care. Later in 2019 they were joined by two other co-founders for spearheading technology and marketing domains.

Speaking Hub is an online platform where volunteer teachers teach English speaking to middle and high school students through topics of social issues. The objectives of the platform are to: - Improve the English communication skills of Thai school students - Promote critical thinking skills by introducing discussions - Raise awareness of social issues to youths Through these points, Speaking Hub hopes to change the course of Thai education and encourage Thai students to feel more comfortable speaking English as their second language.
