Established in 2012, the company specializes in building, managing and owning apartments and hotell buildings built by our company. We build and manage properties for our owner families for commercial use. Our subsidiary, SSA Projects Oy, does real estate project planning and building for other real-estate developers as well. We are also interested in co-developing land with landowners. With our subsidiary I3D we develop remote operating solutions for housing and hotells. Our philosophy is to build durable, ecological, technologically advanced properties where our owners stay as operators for the full life-cycle of the buildings we build for our selves, we controll the whole process of construction to assure all aspects of quality, to preserve the long-term value of the properties we hold and operate.
