Denne erkjennelsen skal oppleves i våre referanser, vår kultur, vår kompetanse, vår holdning, vår ledelse. Stema er den ambisiøse spesialisten i skjæringspunktet mellom prosjekteier og øvrige aktører i prosjektet. Vi er et konsulentfirma som leverer prosjektstyring til bygg- og anleggsbransjen. Vi påtar oss ledende roller i spennende og samfunnsnyttige prosjekter. Dette er vår funksjon. Dette er det vi skal levere bedre enn noen. Det er denne rollen vi lever av. Stema skal gi prosjekteier størst mulig verdi ut av sitt prosjekt. I et offensivt samarbeid med prosjekteier skal vi være spesialisten som sikrer prosjektets helhetlige ambisjon, utvikling, effektive ressursbruk og bærekraftige løsninger. Hovedkontoret vårt ligger i Tollbugata 35 i Oslo, samt at vi har tunge fagmiljøer i Bergen og Viken fylke. Stema er også hovedaksjonær i Byggeråd AS på Hamar. Våre ansatte blir kurset internt via Stemaskolen, for å sikre faglig oppdateringer jevnlig. Stemaskolen arrangeres 7-10 ganger i året, med forelesere fra anerkjente kurs- og utdanningsinstitusjoner.
