Opening in 2011, Still Waters Adult Day Center is a ministry of Castleton United Methodist Church. Its mission is to strengthen, support and provide services for older adults and families throughout their journeys as aging individuals and caregivers. Still Waters operates in 2 locations; at Castleton United Methodist Church in Northeast Indianapolis and at Eastgate Christian Church on the near Eastside of Indianapolis. Both facilities are fully accessible and include large multi-purpose rooms, dining space, quiet rooms, kitchens, and bathroom facilities with showers, along with massage, salon, and therapy space. Still Waters is a member of the Indiana and National Associations of Adult Day Services. Our program and facilities are certified by Indiana’s Division of Aging and Rehabilitation Services and the Marion County Health Department.

Met onze gezamenlijke kennis en kunde, zijn wij in staat de meest uitgebreide informatie en steun te bieden. Het overlijden van een baby is, ongeacht de duur van de zwangerschap, een enorme schok. Het is een van de meest ingrijpende verliezen waarmee een mens te maken kan krijgen. Stille Levens gelooft in de kracht van ouders. Kracht om uiteindelijk de zeer ingrijpende gevolgen van het overlijden van een baby te verweven in het nieuwe leven. Stille Levens helpt deze kracht te ontwikkelen en helpt bij het herstelproces. Dat doen we door informatie te delen via onze website en brochures en door steun te geven door ons online steun-team met professioneel getrainde ervaringsdeskundigen. Wij zijn er voor ouders. En wij zijn er ook om onze kennis over babysterfte te delen met mensen in de omgeving van ouders (grootouders, familie en vrienden, werkgevers).
