Stimultania se positionne sur l’éducation PAR l’image en développant un outil pédagogique innovant, Les Mots du Clic. Lieu unique pour ne pas dire mythique, le premier établissement de Stimultania, fondé en 1987 à Strasbourg, est un lieu d’exposition et un pôle de ressource. C’est aussi un espace de rencontre, de liberté et parfois de résistance. Le second établissement est ouvert en 2014 à Givors pour renforcer l’action de son aîné et porter des expositions hors les murs et des résidences d’artistes. Stimultania édite « Expérimentations splendides, utopies et photographie citoyenne », premier magazine de récits d’expériences et de réflexions autour des rencontres entre artistes photographes et publics. Stimultania est soutenu par le ministère de la Culture et de la Communication (DRAC Grand Est et DRAC Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes), par la Région Grand Est et la Région Auvergne- Rhône-Alpes, par le Conseil Départemental du Bas-Rhin et par la Ville et Eurométropole de Strasbourg.
