Stowarzyszenie Emitentów Giełdowych to organizacja dbająca o rozwój polskiego rynku kapitałowego oraz reprezentująca interesy spółek notowanych na Giełdzie Papierów Wartościowych w Warszawie. Służy środowisku emitentów wiedzą i doradztwem w zakresie regulacji rynku giełdowego oraz praw i obowiązków uczestniczących w nim spółek. Stowarzyszenie istnieje od 1993 roku, oferując spółkom członkowskim pomoc i konsultacje w zakresie wymogów prawnych, regulacji rynku oraz relacji inwestorskich. Misją SEG jest reprezentowanie spółek notowanych na Giełdzie Papierów Wartościowych w Warszawie. SEG służy środowisku emitentów wiedzą i doradztwem w zakresie regulacyjnym (poprzez uczestnictwo w procesie legislacyjnym), samoregulacyjnych (wypracowywanie standardów, interpretacji i rekomendacji) oraz edukacyjnych (20 seminariów i 5 kongresów rocznie), jak również podejmując wiele innych działań na rzecz rozwoju rynku kapitałowego w Polsce i udzielając spółkom członkowskim indywidualnych konsultacji.
