The Shared Agent Network Expansion Facilities Limited (SANEF) was incorporated in 2019 with the objective of accelerating financial inclusion in Nigeria. SANEF is an initiative of the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN), supported by Deposit Money Banks (DMBs), Nigeria Inter-Bank Settlement Systems (NIBSS) and Licensed Mobile Money Operators/Shared Agents. SANEF was created to deepen Financial Inclusion in Nigeria through a robust ecosystem with strong regulatory oversight, consumer protection and interoperable system. Our Objectives: 1. Deepen Financial Inclusion in Nigeria. 2. Drive financial literacy and campaign awareness 3. On-board 40 million low income un-banked and underserved Nigerians into the financial system. 4. Increase financial access points and shared agents to 500,000 by 2020 5. Support attractive financial products and services such as Savings Accounts, Micro-Credit, Micro-Insurance and Micro-Pensions etc. for low income earners in Nigeria

Sanergy is an award-winning social venture that builds healthy, prosperous communities by making hygienic sanitation accessible and affordable in Africas urban informal settlements. Our systems-based approach to solving the sanitation crisis involves five key steps: we build a dense network of franchised micro-entrepreneurs, who operate low-cost, high-quality waterless sanitation facilities called Fresh Life Toilets. We provide critical support services such as access to finance, business analytics, training, and marketing. We collect the waste regularly and safely remove it from the community. We convert the waste into valuable end products, such as organic fertilizer, insect-based animal feed, and renewable energy. Finally, we sell the end products to Kenyan farms under the brand name Farm Star. Since November 2011, we have launched over 750 Fresh Life Toilets to a network of more than 350 Fresh Life Operators. We have collected and converted over 9,000 tons of waste. At the same time, we have built a team of over 250 people. For our work, we have been recognized by Fast Company as one of the 10 Most Innovative Companies in the World Doing Social Good and one of the 10 Most Innovative Companies in Africa.
