Coordination, prévention, éducation, hospitalisation, soins, accompagnement, technologies, télémédecine et télésuivi, à domicile et en unité de proximité : la vocation de Santélys est de trouver une solution à domicile, quel que soit l’âge, le niveau de dépendance et l’état de santé du patient souffrant d’une pathologie chronique (insuffisance rénale, insuffisance respiratoire, diabète…) ou d’un cancer.
