Founded in 1997, Scholars' Hope Foundation, formerly El Viento, has evolved into a successful college access program. The lives of youth in low-income communities are transformed through a long-term commitment culminating in 100% of our students reaching higher education. The academic journey of students and their families begins in the 5th grade and is guided through high school and college. Our commitment to our mission is built around the belief that all students regardless of their background can succeed if given the time and support. We foster the confidence and skills necessary for success in college and the workplace. The Scholastic Shooting Sports Foundation (SSSF) is 501(c)(3) public charity responsible for all aspects of the Scholastic Clay Target Program (SCTP) and Scholastic Action Shooting Program (SASP) across the United States. SCTP and SASP are youth development programs in which adult coaches and other volunteers use shooting sports to teach and to demonstrate sportsmanship, responsibility, honesty, ethics, integrity, teamwork, and other positive life skills. SCTP was developed as a program of the National Shooting Sports Foundation (NSSF) until the SSSF was created in 2007 to operate the SCTP. In 2012, SSSF created the SASP and became the managing foundation of both programs.

Scholengroep Penta is een scholengroep met acht (per 1 augustus 2023 negen) scholen en valt onder het schoolbestuur CVO te Rotterdam. De scholen staan in Spijkenisse, Hellevoetsluis, Rozenburg, Brielle en Hoogvliet. Penta is een organisatie met een breed onderwijsaanbod van vmbo tot gymnasium. Al onze vestigingen hebben we naar 'de menselijke maat'​ georganiseerd. Hierdoor kennen de docenten en leerlingen elkaar en dat vormt een belangrijke voorwaarde om je op school thuis te voelen.
