Schut van de Ven Notaries is a young and dynamic firm which first opened its doors in January 2007. The partners and senior-associates of the firm previously worked for very highly regarded national and international legal and notarial firms. They gained excellent experience in the areas of both real estate and corporate law. The partners have since chosen to set up an independent firm which allows time and space for more personal and longer lasting relationships with clients. Schut van de Ven sets itself apart by its swift, practical, solution-orientated approach to business. We are an independent firm of notaries but by working together with a broad network of other advisers, including lawyers, tax advisers, accountants, estate agents and financial advisers we can, where desired, provide a complete and smooth advisory service. The partners have worked alongside many of these advisers for a number of years and can quickly bring them on board as required.
