As a Non-Destructive Testing service company based in Australia, Scotia is a member of Australian Institute of Non-Destructive Testing (AINDT). Scotia is the only provider to offer the Modern Apprenticeship in Paralegal Practice. This offers a comprehensive paralegal training - the provision was developed in consultation with the Law Society of Scotland to meet the needs of legal service providers. Apprentices can specialise in one of these areas: Civil Litigation, Conveyancing, Criminal Litigation or Executries. Apprentices study by distance learning. All or part of the training cost can be met by the government, depending on candidate eligibility.
