INTERVIEW DES FONDATEURS Après une expérience de vie de 2 ans en Australie, Tristan et Margot décident de poser leurs valises à Bordeaux pour créer Seasons : "On avait envie d'un food truck qui nous ressemble, décontracté, amical et qui privilégie la naturalité". Quelle est la particularité de votre food truck ? On voulait intégrer plusieurs aspects à Seasons : le respect des saisons, la sélection des bons produits via les producteurs locaux (nous travaillons notamment avec le jardin dEthan à Eysines pour les légumes, la boucherie Rouge Tendre qui se fournit auprès d'éleveurs locaux, les oeufs plein air de la Ferme du Bleu à Pessac) et linspiration brunch de la carte. Notre souhait : que les Bordelais viennent manger dans notre food truck pour profiter dune pause déjeuner équilibrée, nous laissent investir leur jardin pour réunir leurs invités autour dun brunch un lendemain de mariage, fêtent leurs anniversaires, inaugurent leurs entreprises/nouveaux concepts dans un esprit convivial. Comment est venue lidée de monter Seasons tous les deux ? À notre retour dAustralie et après un voyage autour du monde, ce nétait pas évident de simaginer retourner passer nos journées dans un bureau En voyant lappréciation positive des Français face à la street food et avec lexpérience de Tristan en tant que chef à Sydney, ce food truck sest imposé comme une évidence.Vous venez dhorizons différents, pourquoi avoir choisi Bordeaux ? Après sêtre rencontré en Australie, être passé par Pékin, Los Angeles, San Francisco, New York Paris nétait plus envisageable. À Sydney, on avait la plage, la nature et lattractivité de la ville ; Bordeaux cétait le pari dune meilleure qualité de vie. Dès nos premiers rendez-vous avec la Mairie et la phase du montage du projet sur place amorcée, on a tout de suite été séduit.

Started in 1990 by our founder, Stephen Erceg, from a small house in Armadale, the business has grown over the past 23 years to become one of the major funeral providers in Perth. Seasons Hospice provides highly skilled and compassionate care, education and support to individuals who are facing a terminal or life-limiting illness. Founded in 1996, Seasons Hospice provides hospice and bereavement care to Rochester residents and persons living within a 40 mile radius, encompassing seven counties. Care is provided wherever the patient calls home - whether it is a private home, assisted living facility, nursing home or other facility. Seasons Hospice also provides residential care at its private, eight bedroom hospice house located on 13 beautifully wooded acres in southwest Rochester, Minnesota. Good Grief is an Australian owned not-for-profit organisation, and focuses on helping all members of the community. Good Grief offers: - small group grief and loss education programs (for children, young people and adults) - information seminars about grief and loss for the health, community services and education sectors - professional development about grief and loss support for staff in schools and other agencies. Our grief and loss education programs are secular, small group and peer-based, and the third edition of our flagship program, Seasons for Growth, has just been released. Written by Professor Anne Graham, the Seasons for Growth program is used in Australia and internationally. It is evidence based, with numerous external evaluations affirming the program and its contribution to the lives of people touched by loss and grief.
