The Girls Boardroom is a platform that empowers women to reach their full potential. Women are able to collaborate, network and share advice on a safe and secure platform while tackling their daily career challenges.

The mission of the Giving Circle of Amsterdam is to collectively fund and support social purpose projects and organisations. We do this by inspring a new community of engaged philanthropists and facilitating opportunities to link with like-minded organisations and networks. The Giving Circle of Amsterdam is a foundation where members pool and combine their money, talent and philanthropic interests in order to make donations collectively. How does it work? During the course of the year, the Giving Circle builds a pipeline of potential grantees by accessing member networks, like-minded organizations and tracking timely information and data on selected interest areas. Organizations who fit our funding focus, are invited to complete an application, describing a specific project for which funding is needed. The Giving Circle has two funding cycles per year, each cycle will focus on two interest areas. Decisions are made in May and November each year. Organizations who applied and presented at a Giving Circle meeting will be eligible for funding. At the end of each funding cycle, the Giving Circle will select organizations to support with their pooled funds. Currently, the Giving Circle of Amsterdam intends to provides grants around €5.000.

Our goal was to create beautiful, timeless pieces that are built to last and will be used by your family year after year. Countless hours were spent writing the book, carving a baby out of clay and hand-crafting the wooden manger. KICKSTARTER LAUNCH Our journey on Kickstarter was more amazing that we could ever express. We were beyond overwhelmed by all the support we received from family, friends, neighbors, as well as complete strangers. It is all of you who believed in our vision, that made it a reality! We began with the inspiration and passion to share this tradition we loved so much in our own homes, with other families. We never could have imagined that our story, and simple samples made in our homes could inspire so many people to believe in us! WHAT NOW After selling out two years in a row, we are back for season number three. We couldn't be more grateful for all of our customers retailers who have helped us get to where we are today. We believe in this product and the way it can help shift the focus of Christmas to serving. To us this is more than a business. It’s a way to spread kindness + promote service.
