The Intelligent Core was founded by Linda Segerstam who is the Creative Director. She has worked with major sports and corporate brands for 20 years and is also a PGA golf coach. Linda is specialised in Pilates Fitness for Golf and worked with Body Control Pilates, the largest Pilates teaching organisation in Europe, developing the Pilates for Golfers teaching programme. The team educates clients, from the beginner non-sports person to the advanced golfer, how to make the body strong with better movement patterns. The company offers Pilates private lessons, classes and interactive movement training workshops.
