The Leigh UTC provides an exciting, innovative, business-led, creative curriculum for 11-19 year olds, specialising in computer science and engineering.

And finally, we have Leith Capital Management which is our agency arm. This arm offers a range of services, for example, we offer a retained site finding service where we actively go out and look for sites which satisfy the requirements of our clients. This includes reviewing, Local Plans, holding meetings with local authorities, discussions with private landowners and then at the end of the month we put together a spreadsheet which outlines sites which we have identified. THE LEMOINE COMPANY has steadily grown from a small construction company, begun in 1975, to one of the most respected, full-service general contracting and construction management firms in the Southeastern United States.
