The Psychotherapy Institute (TPI) is a non-profit, member-led organization recognized as one of the finest education and training organizations for mental health professionals and is dedicated to the study and practice of psychotherapy in the psychodynamic tradition. TPI is committed to being inclusive, cultivating and modeling cultural humility, and acting in ways that support multiculturalism and diverse populations in its membership, clientele, and educational programing. TPI provides post-graduate training and post-licensure training, opportunities for professional development, and psychotherapy in our moderate-fee Community Clinic. Our Post-Graduate Training Program provides an intensive learning experience to therapists who have attained a master's or doctoral degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or a related mental health field and want to deepen their skills and knowledge in psychodynamically oriented psychotherapy. Trainees provide psychotherapy to clients in our moderate-fee clinic, receive weekly individual and group supervision, and participate in a didactic program of lectures, seminars, and case conferences covering major theoretical and clinical aspects of psychotherapy. For clinicians who wish to develop a greater understanding of group dynamics as well as learn group therapy facilitation skills, TPI’s Group Therapy Training Program is a one-year training program offering an in-depth study of the theory and practice of group therapy. The program weaves psychodynamic and group-as-a-whole orientations together, which provide an immersion experience. The Supervision Study Program is for therapists who wish to learn about supervision and undertake a more advanced level of practice as teachers and mentors; therapists in positions of authority who want to become more effective in a leadership role; and supervisors working in community agencies who are needing more support.

The Pub People Company owns and operates pubs in the East Midlands. The Pub People Company are one of the top 50 pub operators in the UK. We own an established estate of high quality food and drink pubs in and around Nottingham, Derby, Chesterfield, Sheffield and Lincoln. All of our pubs are managed, with a dedicated support function from our head office near Alfreton in Derbyshire. We are committed to using local suppliers for our drinks and food. Many of our pubs stock cask ales supplied from local micro brewery's and our fresh meat is from farms in Nottinghamshire and Derbyshire. The Company is structured to support the pubs operationally. We have dedicated BDMs, Catering Development Manager, Marketing Manager, Stock takers, Property Manager and Helpdesk.
