We offer services based on our research into resilience and have a growing delivery team, all Resilience Engine accredited practitioners. In particular, we offer accessibility and scalability for all organisations, with everything from Masterclasses and Tasters, through to our innovative eLearning suite. We also embrace the ideas of organisational internal resilience capability, and offer a Resilience Engine Accreditation Programme through our partnership with the Academy of Executive Coaching for either CPD Workshops or full Accreditation Programme. The Resilience Institute provides science-based face-to-face and digital resilience training to organisations around the world. The tools are practical and the results are measurable. We offer a range of program formats. Many organisations choose blended learning: face-to-face workshops supported by micro-learning videos, goal tracking and the Resilience Diagnostic assessment. Workshops are delivered in short 60-90 minute sessions, half, full and multiple day formats. We also offer 1-hour webinars to engage and inform distributed teams.
