With a background in sports officiating, I would often be working at different parks or venues where there were no concessions available. Then in 2017 I helped coordinate a major fundraiser for my daughter’s high school marching band. This fundraiser was running concession stands at Mile High Stadium, home of the Denver Broncos. Putting these experiences together and with help from my wife and children, we built “The Slinger” hot dog cart. Though it took time to get it rolling, the cart is now seen around Douglas County, Colorado slingin’ quality all-beef hot dogs, bratwurst, Italian sausages, chips, and ice-cold drinks. We appreciate everyone that has encouraged us in this endeavor and we look forward to serving you!

SLMs are slim knit pants designed for all body types. Made from a high quality ponte fabric, SLMs incorporate the characteristics of a pant – like front and back pockets - with the pull-on ease of a legging, and can be worn to work, a night out, walking the dog or, as some of the clients have admitted, to bed. Canadian born and raised, SLMs are designed and produced in the brand's hometown of Toronto.

The Smallest Things, founded in 2014, is a registered charity (1171631) promoting the good health of premature babies and their families. We exist to 1. Promote the good health of premature babies and their families 2. Raise awareness of premature birth and the needs of families following intensive care. 3. Promote high quality care for mothers affected by postnatal depression, anxiety and symptoms of post-traumatic stress disorder associated with premature birth.
