The Systemologist is a business systems consultancy firm based in Melbourne, founded by Rebecca (Bec) Wiles and Brenda Dolieslager, but the real powerhouse behind The Systemologist is Frankie. If youre unconvinced about the need for systems, shes listed a bunch of good reasons why systemising matters here and shes designed a suite of product and service options for every kind of business owner and every kind of systemising need. MEET BEC & BRENDA Theyre two successful business women who met at a business development conference and quickly realised they shared a passion for systemising and for making a real difference for other business owners. They knew that the success of their own businesses (between them they have founded four service-focused businesses, and share a whopping 50 years of combined career and business experience) was in part down to their predilection for organising, categorising and systemising. Without some kind of systematic approach to things, building and growing their businesses would have been impossible. So they decided to help other businesses do the same, based on the premise that: 1) people need systems in life and in business; and 2) not everyone is as mad about systems and systemising as they are! Want more information on our team? Frankie is our seriously smart and sassy systemologist. She pretty much runs things here at The Systemologist. Shes got our own business backend organised and she oversees the development of all our products and services. Frankie loves systems. Big ones. Small ones. Ready made ones. Custom ones. She loves talking about systems, building systems, improving systems, and making systems about systems. We strongly recommend letting Frankie systemise your business. You wont know yourself (or your business!).
