Her experiences and observations in professional interactions have sharpened her eye and ear for the challenges that women have globally - and with which (false) beliefs they partly boycott themselves. Too often she finds herself being the only woman in decision making meetings. Too often she shakes her head about the challenges and environment her two teenage girls are confronted with. She wants to empower women to show up and speak up so they can turn career dreams into reality. Her courses offer a very pragmatic and fluff free, easy to implement approach for ambitious women.

The Women in Fitness Association (WIFA) is a global non-profit organization that exists to support women of all ages and races to succeed both professionally and personally within the fitness industry. WIFA membership includes quarterly virtual meetings, live gatherings, mentorship pairing, networking capabilities, speaking and presenting opportunities, and blog contributions.
