Timothy Hill Ranch consists of 2 distinct branches: residential campuses (New York, Tennessee, and Arkansas) whose goal is to give a second chance to young people in need + retreat centers (Massachusetts and Tennessee) that provide an environment for all to relax and rejuvenate in God’s nature, with retreat center revenue fueling the work of our residential sites. For 20 years, we have specifically been leaders in the transitional-living space, providing Christ-centered residential ministry and workforce development to troubled youth and young adults in order to improve their lives. Our on-site internship makes Timothy Hill Ranch unique, with residents referred to as "interns," alongside a trauma-informed team dedicated to guiding them towards a life of independence.

"TLTI"​ stands for Timothy Leadership Training Institute, an organization that took root in Africa in the 1990's and has since developed rapidly throughout the world. Our Vision is that healthy churches worldwide are flourishing and transforming their communities under the leadership of those who have been equipped through accessible, high-quality training. Our Mission: Working with international and local ministry partners, we provide essential training to church leaders worldwide, equipping them to advance the Kingdom of God in their congregations and communities. This mission is done in the spirit of 2 Timothy 2:2, "Entrust what you have heard from me to those who will be qualified to teach others."​
