Founded in 2005, TK modular has provided custom process equipment for its Clients in the Bio/Pharm & Nuclear Industries. TK employs a staff of qualified engineers and designers enabling us to work with clients & engineering firms from various stages of design. TK modular will develop documents to whichever level of design completion requested by our clients and we can follow through with detail design and fabrication. TK has extensive experience and a strong background designing and fabricating upstream and downstream process systems as well as clean utilities. Specifically, we have provided integrated process equipment solutions for: • Fermenters • Bioreactors • Media Hold / Prep • Buffer Hold / Prep • Chromatography Systems • UF / MF / DF / TFF • Centrifuge Piping Modules • Formulation Systems • Clean Steam Stations • WFI Generation Skids • CIP (Portable / Fixed) • SIP (Portable/Fixed) • Waste Inactivation (Batch / Continuous / Continuous Batch) • Pooling Systems • Fractionation Systems • Custom Process Systems • Large Scale Systems (Super Skids) Team TK modular has an engineering and design team including Process and Mechanical Engineering, Electrical and 3D design. Our QA team includes inspectors for material receiving inspection, fabrication inspection and borescope weld inspection. Our production team includes craftsmen working in a 100% stainless steel fabrication environment, including in-house structural fabrication for frames and platforms, pipe welding and orbital sanitary tube welding. TK modular is an ASME Code shop operating with licenses for ASME 31.1, 31.3. TK has extensive experience working with ASME BPE standards for all Biopharmaceutical projects Our facility is located 30 minutes from Toronto Pearson International Airport. Situated on 3 Acres, the facility boasts over 60,000 ft² of space including: 50,000 ft² manufacturing with 26’3” clear height and 10,000 ft² Engineering & Admin.

TK Photography started in 2009 with husband-wife team, Thomas and Tiana. Thomas is an architect turned photographer and his wife Tiana has her Masters in Early Childhood Education. Thomas incorporates his background in architecture with his long-time hobby of photography to create detailed and creative images. Tiana’s understanding of children and their developmental patterns was perfect for Thomas (and now their team of photographers)! She educated him on milestones and ways to engage with children to bring out their personality and make photos less stressful for little ones. Thomas began loving capturing family memories and seeing his client’s kids grow! Now, Tiana is the Studio Director and Thomas is the Principal Photographer. Since 2009, we’ve grown to a small tight-knit team of 4 photographers, assistants, and editors with a small office team. We have photographed well over 3,000 sessions, and 1,200 in 2015 alone. Thomas has formed a relationship with Bump Club Chicago to be their exclusive event photographer. We also have had to opportunity to work with Chicago Parent Magazine by photographing all of their covers as well as the covers and inside stories for Hey Baby Magazine. As a company, we love capturing family memories throughout the years. Our style is classic and simple, focusing on your family and children. We prefer to work with developmental milestones instead of ages to capture to most of your child’s personality! Our photographers are all trained and inspired to interacting with your little ones to capture their genuine smiles and funny faces. It so special to each of our photographers to form relationships with each family that photographs with us and to capture precious memories of your family at that point in your life. From maternity to first birthdays and beyond, we want to create modern and timeless images that will help you remember those moments for a lifetime.
