There also you can find the LMB Biarritz Restaurant . • The Tonic Hotel Saint-Germain – 3 *** is the last property to join the group. Opened in July 2014, it is a precious boutique hotel of 13 rooms only in plain centre of Saint-Germain-des-Prés.

Tonier Cain International is spear-headed by Tonier Cain-Muldrow, trauma survivor and internationally recognized trauma informed care expert. Tonier’s work focuses on heightening awareness of the characteristics and effects of trauma and improving the performance of service providers businesses, government agencies and others who interact with trauma victims and survivors.
