Transformations Program Australia is a not-for- profit, non-government charity established in 1999 by founder Ps Michael Barrett. With the core focus of providing residential rehabilitation services to aid those suffering at the hands of drug and alcohol addiction, homelessness, destitution, prostitution, mental health issues and crime, Transformations delivers a unique Rehabilitation Program that not only provides recovery accommodation to participants, but also a myriad of faith-based supportive services to guide the participant’s journey. These services include counselling and building practical skills on issues such as conflict resolution, communication, literature, numeracy, workplace ethics, identity and self-worth. In providing a structured, safe and supportive environment, Transformations Australia aims to relieve homelessness, destitution, and addiction through a holistic therapeutic model. Founded on an abstinence-based approach, our signature Transformations Program Australia aims to drive positive and constructive social and psychological change in individuals whose lives seem unmanageable. By providing ongoing psychological, spiritual, physical and behavioural peer to peer residential rehabilitation services, we help individuals find and live a life with purpose. Our Transformations program has achieved a 77% success rate with our participants.

Transformative Engineering (T-E) manufactures and sells the audio, video and data communications devices that are essential elements in the construction of high-end residential and commercial entertainment systems. While these devices may not be as glamorous as the big brand-name video displays and exotic AV processors, they are in many ways more essential to the overall performance and quality of the installed system.

Transformer Services Pty Ltd is a family owned Australian company that refurbishes and installs high voltage power transformers, and are a fully endorsed company with SA Power Networks and Electronet, we also have customers such as ERA, Consolidated Power Projects and AGL. We install switch gear, disconnectors, circuit breakers, CT’s, HV and LV bushings, concrete pads and plinth’s, re-slabbing transformer pads, waterproofing bunding, Crane hire, semi hire, labour hire, level 3 safety observer’s, complete on site re-gasket, service and repair oil separator’s, welding, fitting and we also circulate and regenerate transformer oil in either live or isolated units and much more. Transformer Services also has a strong commitment to safety, with the company passing 1,632 days LTI free as of 1st April 2014, we have our own safety management plan and can also adapt to any special requirements needed to complete the job, all men are fully licensed and qualified in such things as EWP, working at heights, Confined space, crane operations, dogging, level 2 and 3 substation access, first aid. The staff also have mine medicals once per year and are Coal surface mining endorsed.

The Transformers program is the first of its kind, uniquely blending sport with personal transformation, community building initiatives, and research. Through a specially-designed program, the week-long camp will not only focus on making a valuable contribution to the community but also empower participants to learn more about themselves and the positive impact they can have on those around them. The 2018 program involves taking 6 high performing and successful Rugby League players out of their comfort zone and integrating them into the local area of Narere in Suva, Fiji, where they will volunteer in local kindergartens and classrooms, lead sports clinics as well as contribute physically to construction and renovation initiatives that will help address the needs of the community. The diversity of the group is a sign of strength with women and men from myriad backgrounds and ages, underpinning the belief that everyone has a unique ability to inspire and bring about meaningful transformation. By partnering with International Volunteer HQ, human-aid volunteering will be undertaken concurrently with a structured program that’s emphasis is on a growth mindset and challenging individual belief systems, with the key difference of this philanthropic endeavour being that it will inspire players and all participants to be the catalyst for ongoing change and contribution in the communities they are a part of. ‍ It will always be about human connection and an individual’s impact is about what happens to the people they connect with. It’s not determined or defined by status, but rather the difference they able to generate.

In a time of deconstruction within the church and within ourselves our community has spent over 15 years reconstructing leaders and their vision for the church, guiding them in ancient sacramental practices that breathe life back into them and their communities. Grounded in a highly ecumenical approach, we reflect and welcome the diversity that is present in the Body of Christ. Our gatherings include leaders from all denominations, a variety of businesses, and many organizations like International Justice Mission (IJM), Compassion International, and Neighborhood Film Co. The retreats, resources, and relationships we offer are designed to provide you with a safe place to be honest about the challenges of spiritual leadership; to experience rhythms of solitude, prayer, and community; and to deepen your understanding of leadership that flows from your transforming self.
